Sign PDF

Draw your signature, click anywhere on any page to place it, and export a signed PDF. No DocuSign account, no server round-trip, no tracking.

About Sign PDF

Sign PDF lets you place a signature on any page in seconds. Draw it with your trackpad or stylus, type it in a script font, or upload a transparent PNG. Click on any page where you want it to appear, drag to position, then export.

A date stamp option lets you shift+click to drop today's date next to your signature. No DocuSign account, no Adobe sign-in, no email round-trip.

Everything runs in your browser. The signature image and the PDF never leave your device — important for contracts, NDAs, and offer letters where confidentiality matters.

Frequently asked questions

Is this legally binding?

Electronic signatures are legally valid in many jurisdictions (US ESIGN Act, EU eIDAS). Whether it's enforceable for your specific contract depends on local law and the counterparty's requirements.

Do I need a DocuSign account?

No. PDFVibe Sign works without any account, on any platform with a modern browser.

Can I upload an existing signature?

Yes. Upload a transparent PNG of your signature in the Upload tab.

Add today's date?

Shift+click on the page to drop a date stamp at that position.

Is the PDF uploaded?

No. The signature is overlaid on your PDF locally with pdf-lib. Nothing is transmitted.

Why client-side?

Most online PDF tools — Adobe Acrobat Online, iLovePDF, Smallpdf — upload your file to their servers, run the operation, then send the result back. PDFVibe runs the same operation in your browser using WebAssembly and pdf-lib. The file never travels anywhere. Open your browser’s Network tab while using Sign PDF and you’ll see no outbound file transfers.
